Setting the scene for our intimate encounters takes a lot of planning and forethought. We want the set to be comfortable and interesting to look at without taking attention away from the models, which is a lot harder to do than you might think! We also have to consider the locations of the cameras before staging the models in order to make sure we have the best perspectives for filming before the action starts.
I recently came across this piece of the storyboard from Home Sweet Home with Marie McCray. Looking at the conceptualization and comparing it to the scene we captured on film and brought to gives me an incredible sense of accomplishment that I want to share with all of our viewers. We started our filming with clear ideas of how we wanted things to look, and we were able to accomplish our goals almost perfectly. I couldn't be more proud.
